Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and the Institute of Economics of the Latvian Academy of Sciences (Riga, Republic of Latvia) have signed a declaration of cooperation. This agreement is aimed at promoting the development of education, science and academic exchange between the two scientific institutions.
The Declaration was signed on the basis of mutual interest in deepening cooperation in research and exchange of experience. The aim of the cooperation is to improve the quality of education and scientific achievements, develop new research areas and support scientific and technological progress.
The Institute of Economics of the Latvian Academy of Sciences is one of the leading research centers in Latvia specializing in economics and social sciences. The Institute conducts research in the fields of economics, statistics, management and other areas that contribute to the development of society and scientific knowledge.
This agreement is an important step in strengthening international ties in science and education. It lays the foundation for fruitful cooperation between KhNUIA and IE LAS and will facilitate the exchange of intellectual resources and cultural values between Ukraine and Latvia.
