The First Podilsky TV Channel in its "News" section aired a story about Valentyn Horbachevsky, a graduate of the Driving School for Persons with Disabilities of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. The combatant, who lost his leg as a result of an injury, applied to the Driving School to learn how to drive a manual car. As a result of the training, Valentyn Horbachevskyi successfully passed the exams at the Territorial Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kamianets-Podilskyi and received a driver's license. https://univd.edu.ua/uk/news/16862
