Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs has launched the implementation of the international project "Decentralized Cooperation Ukraine-EU" under the Jean Monnet program of the Erasmus+ program. The presentation took place at the annual congress of the Ukrainian Association of European Studies.

Providing disciplines into educational process planned for teaching at the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
Among them:
''Legislative framework of the EU regarding the management of natural resources in local communities''. Course is going to deepen the understanding of the existing system of property rights to land and other resources of the community, Lecturer – Doctor of Law, Professor Mykhailo Burdin;
''EU cross-border cooperation'' course is going to provide knowledge and skills regarding specific legal, organizational, judicial and institutional forms that characterize community development, Lecturer – Candidate of legal sciences, Associate Professor Oksana Tsukan;
Course on ''Decentralization and multi-level governance in the EU'' will strengthen knowledge about the evolution of decentralization and multi-level governance in the EU, Instructor – Candidate of sciences in public administration, Associate Professor Maksym Kolisnyk.
The EUDECO module aims at:
Promoting the integration of Ukraine into the EU space through cross-border cooperation, decentralization and involvement in relevant programs and initiatives regarding cohesion and structural programs of the EU;
Facilitating innovations in education and research in the training system of police officers of Ukraine in cooperation with scientists, civil society and civil servants;
Developing the potential of cadets and graduates, strengthening the European dimension in their education;
