The 2nd year cadets of the Faculty № 3 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Ivan Shysh and Vladyslav Tkachenko, returning home after studying, saw a young boy unaccompanied by adults. They asked the child where he was from and if he had any family nearby. The boy was frightened and could not explain where he lived or where his mother was, so the cadets immediately called the police by calling 102. https://univd.edu.ua/uk/news/20126
