During the meeting with the delegation of the European Union Advisory Mission Ukraine, Rector Valerii Sokurenko noted the long-standing cooperation, in particular within the framework of the international technical assistance project “Operational Support to Providing Strategic Advice for the Reform of the Civilian Security Sector in Ukraine”. The Rector familiarized the audience with the peculiarities of the functioning of Kharkiv Police University under martial law. The Head of the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine, Serhii Sokolovsky, spoke about the deployment of the Academy's units and the provision of educational services in the context of war. In his turn, Rolf Holmboe, Head of the European Union Advisory Mission for Civilian Security Sector Reform Ukraine, outlined the mission's activities and emphasized the need for further cooperation between the institutions. The meeting was attended by Rosalyn Sheehan, Head of Operations of the EUAM Ukraine, Ove Urup-Madsen, Head of Mobile Unit of the EUAM Ukraine, Flemming Lau, Head of Police Unit of the EUAM Ukraine, Ruslan Bosyi, Head of the service section of the NGU West HQ, Colonel and Valentyn Sirak, Commander of the Military Unit 3008, Colonel.
