Throughout the year, the Ministry of Internal Affairs has been releasing films in memory of fallen police officers, border guards, National Guard and rescuers. Each of them was killed by Russian aggression: at the front, at their workplace, or near their homes. For the agency, the statistics of the dead are not dry numbers, but destroyed lives.
