On the eve of the New Year, after an illness, Vladyslav Volodymyrovych Kolesnikov, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminalistics and Forensics of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor, and veteran of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, passed away at the age of 58. He devoted 27 years to teaching and trained many generations of law enforcement professionals.
