The event was attended by the scientific and pedagogical staff and cadets of the Educational and Research Institute No. 1 (Training of specialists for pre-trial investigation bodies of the National Police of Ukraine) and the Educational and Research Institute No. 4 (Training of specialists in information and analytical support and cybersecurity of the National Police of Ukraine), as well as representatives from among the subordinate personnel of Kamianets-Podilskyi District Police Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi Region, the patrol police battalion serving Kamianets-Podilskyi District of the Patrol Police Department in Khmelnytskyi Region, the Patrol Police Department of the National Police.

The trainees deepened their knowledge on topics such as stabilization measures and public order protection, criminal analysis, telephone security, International Criminal Law, the European Court of Human Rights, International Humanitarian Law, tactical medicine and inspection of premises, the use of UAVs, methods of recording the consequences of shelling, sampling for DNA examination and inspection of crime scenes, and paid attention to working with vulnerable victims and witnesses, protocols for their protection, as well as interviewing techniques.  

During the classes, the trainees systematized their existing knowledge with practical work on tasks under the guidance of EUAM trainers, mastered skills, the further application of which in their official activities will contribute to the observance of human and civil rights, and the rapid and high-quality investigation of war crimes in accordance with the requirements of national legislation and European standards.
