Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs has lost another brave and courageous warrior who stood up to his last breath to defend his native land. On January 13, 2025, a graduate of the University, Senior Police Lieutenant Vladyslav KUPIN was killed while performing a combat mission to repel the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine near the village of Toretsk, Bakhmut district, Donetsk region.
