Cadets and scientific and pedagogical staff of the Faculty 4 (cyber police) of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs headed by the dean of the Faculty, lieutenant colonel of police Viacheslav Markov took part in the conference “Bitcoin Meetup Kharkiv”, which was organized by Distributed Lab company.

In their reports, leading Ukrainian and international practitioners and scholars have addressed the following issues: the principles of Blockchain technology; cryptocurrency: types, BitCoin, mining; anonymity while using crypto currencies; the principles of decentralized auctions.

More than 700 participants of the conference are students, scientific and pedagogical staff of higher educational institutions, representatives of state and commercial institutions, entrepreneurs, IT specialists, etc.

After the event, its organizers invited representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs to take part in the next conference “BlockchainUA”, which will be held on September 22, 2017 in Kyiv.
