Ceremonial events took place at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs on the occasion of graduation of cadets.

By Order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine special rank "Lieutenant of police" was given to 560 graduates of the University. 46 of them got diplomas with honors. Winners of All-Ukrainian and international scientific, creative competitions, sports competitions, participants of amateur performances are among boys and girls.

Each graduate''s most moving moment is a farewell with the Flag of the University, which united them in one big friendly family. The event was ended by officers’ waltz and march in review. After a celebratory event Rector of the University Sergey Gusarov gave an interview to the media. phitheater-lecture-hall, museum etc.
