The library received a gift – a new edition "Financing of environmental projects through crowdfunding: legal aspects and application practice" from the Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Support of Economic Activity of the Faculty №6, Candidate of Legal Sciences Oleksii Shumilo.

The practical guide provides materials for understanding functioning of the newest financial institution of crowdfunding and its application in the field of environmental protection. The main moments of crowdfunding formation on the examples of Internet platforms and regulatory support of its functioning have been put at context of this edition. The practical aspects of using crowdfunding by national and international environmental nongovernmental organizations are considered there. The publication contains regulatory framework of crowdfunding, contractual practice of crowdfunding Internet platforms, glossary and examples of successful eco-crowdfunding. 

This publication is intended for authors of crowdfunding projects, lawyers, members of environmental, public and charitable organizations and anyone who is interested in this issue.
