Oleksandr Bandurka Academician of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Law, Professor, Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs (1992–2003, 2010–2012), Colonel-General of Militia conducted a practical training with adjuncts of the university who have just started their education.

Oleksandr Markovych revealed the general provisions of the discipline "Philosophy of Law", methods and ways of applying "technology of law" in practice, and also made a brief journey into history, telling about the origin of a professional holiday - Lawyer's Day, to the origin of which Oleksandr Markovych was involved as People's Deputy of Ukraine at that time.

Academician Oleksandr Bandurka also spoke with each adjunct personally about his education, place of work, plans for the future, noting that young people have an important mission - to move forward departmental science and ensure the development of scientific potential at the University.
