An online binary lesson on the administrative procedure on the topic “The peculiarities of proceedings in cases related to violation of the quarantine rules” was conducted for 1st and 2nd-year cadets of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs by Maryna Soroka, a Judge of Zarichnyi District Court of Sumy Region.
Nataliia Horobets, Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines and Olena Markova, Associate Professor of the Department Legal Disciplines were co-organizers of the binary lesson.
The lesson was about drawing up a protocol on administrative offense, signing of a protocol, terms in which it should be sent for court consideration.
Maryna Soroka paid the listeners' attention to the common mistakes in drawing up protocols. She noted that it is necessary to constantly monitor changes in the legislation, clearly and completely fill in the required columns in the protocol form and add the foundation evidence of the commission of an administrative offense by a person. The Judge of a District Court told the real examples of judicial consideration on a violation of quarantine rules for which came liability, the type of administrative penalty, which was applied.
At the end of the meeting, the lecturer encouraged cadets not to violate the quarantine rules and follow sanitary and hygienic rules.
