A scientific and creativity competition on financial security and financial investigations has been announced for 10-11 grades students by the Faculty No. 6 (Law and Mass Communications) of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

The purpose of the competition is to increase financial literacy among school graduates in Ukraine, level of knowledge about the history of financial science and the revival of traditions and writing an essay as an independent creative work. High school students from all regions of Ukraine can take part in the competition. Сompetitor should write an essay on the selected topic and send it by 20 November 2020. The works will be evaluated by the professional jury until 25 November 2020. The winners will be awarded valuable prizes. All participants will receive certificates with the right to admission.

Performance evaluation criteria: completeness of the information on a given topic; logic and consecution of the text; using different sources of information to write the work; consistency and wholeness of inference.

The essay should have a scientific and creative approach.

Participation in the competition is free and voluntary. The general topics of the essay: 1. Money as a means of enrichment. 2. How not to be trapped with a financial fraudster?
