Nataliia Duravkina, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, took part in a webinar hosted by Maryna Nazarovets, the official trainer of Elsevier, the chief librarian of M. Maksymovych Scientific Library of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

The lecturer explained how to learn how to check and compare journals using bibliometric parameters and appropriate tools in Scopus to make sure that all resources are available to make a well-informed decision about the journal.

The lecturer also explained how indexed sources are selected and curated, and what available journal metrics exist.
