Volodymyr Kroitor, Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Proceedings of the Faculty No. 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took part remotely in a meeting of Kharkiv and Donbas Regional Justice Reforms Council. The meeting participants discussed the issues of the transitional justice concept.
The transitional justice concept provides for the establishment of a peaceful life after the de-occupation of ORDLO and Crimea. In particular, it was stated that without transitional justice, it would be difficult to form a vision of the future for communities affected by the war and to give clear rules for further actions.
