Nataliia Dovbysh, the Inspector of the Research Department of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took a course on the online platform Prometheus on “Decentralization: from paternalism to responsible development.”

Anatolii Tkachuk, the Director of Science and Development of the Civil Society Institute, Designer of Decentralization in Ukraine, became the lecturer of the course. The partners of the course were: USID - US Agency for International Development, Ukraine’s partner in democracy; Ukraine Crisis Media Center, a public organization that provides information about events in Ukraine, challenges and threats to national security; Global Communities is an international organization for development and humanitarian aid.

The topic of the course is very relevant for all areas of activity, as the decentralization reform involves public involvement in the initiative and the solution of common goals and objectives with the community. All community structures should be acquainted with the updated concept of local self-government bodies.

Having successfully passed the exam, Nataliia Dovbysh received a certificate confirming knowledge of the topic.
