Maryna Soroka, a Judge of Zarichnyi District Court of Sumy City, and Nataliia Horobets, Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy Branch of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held an online meeting with cadets and students of Sumy Branch. During the lesson, they talked about bringing to administrative responsibility for traffic violations.

Maryna Soroka began her speech on the procedure for drawing up a report on bringing to administrative responsibility, how to draw up accident schemes, which can be evidence in a case, how this category of cases is considered in court. She also turned attention to the cases of bringing to administrative responsibility for driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicants. She gave examples of what traffic rules are most frequently violated by car users. Applicants for higher education received comprehensive answers to these questions.
