The personnel of scientific and methodological commissions (subcommissions) of the sector of professional higher education of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine was approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 907 dated July 9, 2020. The scientific and methodological commissions of professional higher education included representatives of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Maryna Petchenko, the Head of the Scientific Department, the Candidate of Economic Sciences, Serhii Vladov, the Head of the Department of Planning the Educational Process, the Candidate of Technical Sciences, Volodymyr Tiahnii, the Lecturer of the Air Navigation Cycle Commission, the Senior Scientific Researcher, the Candidate of Technical Sciences.

The training seminar was conducted by the Scientific and Methodological Center of Higher and Professional Higher Education. Speakers of the event were: Oleh Sharov, the Director-General of the Directorate of Higher Education and Adult Education, Tetyana Ishchenko, the Director of the Scientific and Methodological Center for Higher and Professional Higher Education, Zhanna Talanova, the Analytical Manager of the National Erasmus + Office in Ukraine, the Chief Researcher of the Institute of Higher Education of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, the expert in methodological examination of the draft standards of higher professional education.

During the event, the participants were explained and discussed the points of the methodic recommendations for the development of standards of professional higher education, which would be used in the creation of standards of professional higher education.
