Maryna Vasylenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, conducted a binary online lesson for students in the discipline “Housing Law” with the participation of Olena Shynkarova, Head of the Legal Department and Head of Human Resources at “Notekhs Production and Commercial Enterprise”.

During the Q&A session dedicated to the answers to the questions, the audience discussed a number of important topics, including current housing programs, conditions for purchasing housing in new buildings, features of the investment contract for housing construction and the contract of sale and purchase of property rights for the real estate property.
