Oleksii Lytvynov, Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, Honored Worker of Education, won the Competition named after Academician Volodymyr Stashis in the nomination “The best organizer in the field of criminal law cycle sciences”.

The Competition named after Academician Volodymyr Stashis was established in honor of the 25th anniversary of the Аcademician Stashis Scientific Research Institute for the Study of Crime Problems, which aims to honor talented organizers in the field of criminal law cycle sciences, as well as the authors of the best domestic scientific publications on criminal law, criminology, criminal enforcement law, criminal proceedings, criminalistics, forensic science, operative and investigative activities, the judiciary, prosecution and advocacy in order to stimulate scientists to further fruitful work.
