A scientific and methodological seminar on “Practical aspects of the interaction of investigative groups, procedural leaders and specialists of expert institutions during the first-priority investigative actions on the facts of murders committed in conditions of non-obviousness” was held, using “Zoom” video conferencing mode on the basis of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was represented by Vladyslav Shendryk, Professor, Head of the Department of Investigative Activities and Crime Solution, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Serhii Ablamskyi, Assistant Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Pre-Trial Investigation, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Tetiana Orlova, Assistant Professor of the Department of Criminalistics, Forensic Science and Pre-Medical Training, Candidate of Legal Sciences and Vitalii Romaniuk, Assistant Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Pre-Trial Investigation, Candidate of Legal Sciences.

To participate in the online event were invited representatives of Heads of Regional and Local Prosecutor's Offices, employees of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kharkiv Region, representatives of Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, representatives of the Training Center of Prosecutors of Ukraine, researchers of expert institutions, such as National Scientific Center “Hon. Prof. M.S. Bokarius Forensic Science Institute”, Kharkiv Scientific Research Forensic Center, Kharkiv Regional Bureau of Forensic Medical Examinations.
