Vice-Rector, Professor of the Department of Legal Support of the Faculty № 6 Leonid Mohilevskyi and Associate Professors of the same department, Candidates of Law Iryna Vasylko, Artem Podorozhnii, Tetiana Puzanova, Viktoriia Sychova, Andrii Denysov passed an online refresher course for teachers of the Art of Teaching on the website of Kyiv Educational Hub.

The main task of this course was to prepare Ukrainian educators for the transformation of the education system of Ukraine and the formation of a new paradigm of the teaching process in accordance with modern requirements of society and the concept of the New Ukrainian School.

The course contains many useful and innovative tools that can be used in the teaching process. In the course "The Art of Teaching" teachers learned: "What kind of teacher do students want to see?", "What is the main task of modern education?", "How to build communication with colleagues and students?", "How do educators use modern innovations in professional activity?”

During the training, five modules of the course were considered: "Organization of the educational process", "Who do modern pupils and students need?", "Emotional intelligence for educators", "How to achieve significant results in the teaching process", "SCORM-courses".

The online course provided an opportunity to improve their general (knowledge and understanding of current trends in education, critical and systematic thinking, ability to cooperate with other people) and professional (professional, pedagogical, communication competencies, application of modern technologies in the classroom, ability to assess their professional competence) competence. It also prepared Ukrainian teachers for the transformation of the education system of Ukraine and the formation of a new paradigm of the teaching process in accordance with modern requirements of society and the concept of the New Ukrainian School.
