An important component of the acquisition of appropriate competencies by future lawyers is the practical component of training, in particular the participation of experienced practitioners in the educational process. In addition, one of the most important features of the modern development of education is its internationalization, which is to form a stable comprehensive relationship in the international sphere.

The effective practice of internationalization of higher education institutions is to involve experienced foreign specialists in the educational process. This integrated binary lesson took place within the discipline “Housing Law”, organized by Maryna Vasylenko, the Associate Professor of Law with the participation of Maryna Bilyk, a lawyer from the Department of Real Estate and Construction of Colin Diggers & Paisley Law Firm, Sydney, Australia.

During the Q&A session, dedicated to answering the questions, the audience discussed a number of important topics, in particular, the features of classical case law in Australia and its comparison with the Ukrainian national legal system. For example, we considered several mandatory precedents, the conditions for purchasing housing in new buildings, the differences and features of the contract of sale of property rights to real estate in Australia and Ukraine.

The dialogue was based on interesting practical examples, so the discussion was lively and substantive.

Conduction of such binary classes contributes to the integration of the higher education system of Ukraine into the world educational and scientific space.
