Oleksii Shumilo, Assistant Professor of the Department of Legal Support of Economic Activity, conducted another online seminar on the subject “Environmental Law” on the topic “The right to use natural resources” for second-year law enforcement students of the Faculty No.6.

Students, having acquired theoretical knowledge, took an active part in the discussion on the following issues: “General characteristics of the right to use natural resources: objects, subjects and basic principles of environmental management”, “Legal types of environmental management, their classification”, “Grounds for the emergence, change and extension of the right to use natural resources”, “Rights and responsibilities of nature users”, “Restriction and protection of the rights of nature users, grounds, procedure and legal consequences of suspension and termination of the right of nature use, their types, and classification”.
