Svitlana Cherednyk, Lecturer at the Cycle Commission of Philological Disciplines of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took part in the webinar “Development of Personal Potential: the Path to Harmonious Existence”.

The event was hosted by Iryna Polishchuk, Ph.D. in Public Administration, Expert on Personal and Professional Development, as well as Mentoring, Leadership and Professional Development Coach, who studied the best governance practices in Poland, Germany, and the United States.

During the webinar, participants were acquainted with the features of personal potential, the secrets of achieving a high level of energy, life hacks for developing strengths and leadership. Moreover, participants received some practical advice on a harmonious existence.
