Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Kharkiv Region Ivan Zakharchenko, Dean of the Faculty № 6 of KhNUIA, Candidate of Philosophical Sciences, Associate Professor Oksana Brusakova, Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of Faculty 6 of KhNUIA, Doctor of Law, Professor Vadym Kharchenko, and other scholars of the University and higher education
institutions of Ukraine, cadets and students of the University took part in this event.

The issues of the effectiveness  of the category "criminal offenses" implementation into the criminal legislation of Ukraine, as well as the law enforcement practice of the simplified procedure of pre-trial investigation, were discussed.
