Science Department of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs together with Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics and V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University conducted in remote mode motivational training to intensify the scientific activities of college students. 

The purpose of the event is to popularize scientific activity and increase the level of motivation of college students in the scientific sphere. Speakers of the event were: Oleh
Avrunin, the Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, the Head of the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics; Yurii Shmeliov, the Candidate of Technical Sciences, the Deputy Director of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs; Maryna Petchenko, the Candidate of Economic Sciences, the Head of the Science Department of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs; Maryna Kupalova is a graduate student and lecturer at the Department of Applied Sociology and Social Communications of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, an entrepreneur in the restaurant business.
More than 25 students and applicants for higher education in flight engineering and economics took part in the training. The motivational training revealed the concept of
the role of science in education as an integral part of it; aspects of practical application of knowledge and skills of scientific activity in future professions and at construction of own business are resulted; innovative approaches and developments of speakers in the conditions of distance education are presented; situational tasks for reflection to college students were given.
