He shared his impressions of the presentation: “The venue was chosen not by chance because the protection of this building became decisive in the confrontation for Kharkiv as the Ukrainian city. The presentation was attended by the leadership of the regional state administration, regional councils, law enforcement agencies, participants of the events, as well as co-authors of the book.

In their memories, they returned to those stormy and anxious days of spring 2014. The leitmotif sounded: it is good that everything ended like that, that they defended Kharkiv, and then Ukraine. At the end of the presentation, the author of the book once again emphasized the important role in the elimination of Kharkiv People's Republic in the embryo by not indifferent Kharkiv residents. The Jaguar special unit played a crucial role in completing the anti-terrorist operation. The Minister thanked the operatives, investigators, and employees of the judiciary who brought this case to a logical conclusion.

Arsen Avakov especially emphasized that due to the pro-Ukrainian sentiments of Kharkiv residents, the plan to create Kharkiv People's Republic was doomed.
