The university library received a monograph “Principles of civil justice and their system: problems of modern theory and practice” as a gift from Volodymyr Kroitor, a Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Proceedings, Candidate of Law. The monograph examines the definition of the concept, meaning, and system of principles of civil justice.
The publication is intended for scientists, teachers, lawyers, students of higher educational establishments, and anyone interested in modern issues of judicial protection of the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities.
