Winter frosts, that covered the whole Ukraine, added serious problems to the elderly and lonely people, who once again can not leave the house, buy food or medicine. The cadets of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, who come to the rescue in difficult situations, did not stay aside that time either.

Valeriia Hrytskevych, 1st year cadet of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, visited a grandmother, who lives with the girl in the same house. The elderly woman needed help in purchasing food. So in an hour she was already provided with food and essential goods. «Helping the elderly is extremely necessary in such weather as now, - notes Valeriia. After all, we are police officers and ready to serve and help people».
