An online meeting of the Student Scientific Group of the Department of Fundamental and Legal Sciences of the Faculty No. 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, dedicated to the Day of the Unity of Ukraine, took place.

The event was organized by the Head of the Department Yurii Kholod, Associate Professor Daria Heta, Lecturers of the Department Nataliia Pistrenko (Head of the Circle) and Kseniia Hurtova. 67 students took part in the online conference. The participants of the meeting heard and discussed a number of reports, in particular, “The idea of Ukrainian statehood in publicistic writing of M.S. Hrushevskyi in period of the Central Council”, “Bohdan Khmelnytskyi and the idea of Ukrainian statehood”, “Hetmanship of Pavlo Skoropadskyi: the essence of statehood”, “Establishment of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in 1918 as an important factor in the formation of Ukrainian statehood”, “Western Ukrainian People's Republic: origins and process of formation”, The conference was fruitful, it provided an impetus for in-depth study and analysis of state-building processes in Ukraine by future lawyers.
