At the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the Faculty № 6, there was a "round table" on "Academic freedom as a principle of higher education in modern social conditions." The main speaker was Iryna Nechitailo, Professor of Sociology and Psychology, expert in the accreditation of educational programs NAHEQA, certified trainer of accreditation experts. The "round table" was attended by teachers of the Department of Sociology and Psychology, as well as applicants for higher education, studying psychology in the educational programs of the first, second and third levels of higher education. During the meeting, the principles of academic freedom, the peculiarities of their implementation in Ukraine and abroad (in Germany, France, the United States, etc.), the limits of academic freedom were discussed, and the features of the implementation of academic freedom at the system-wide, organizational and individual levels were highlighted.
