Thematic meetings of the first-year cadets of faculty № 2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs with the Assistant rector Viktor Slysh and the faculty administration began.

During the meeting with future law enforcement officers, Viktor Mykhailovych outlined the current issues of the activities and behavior of national police officers: the level of trust of citizens to the police and effective ways to improve it; public and personal factors that adversely affect the attitude of citizens to police officers; professional behavior of a police officer in the performance of his/her duties; the image of law enforcement officers. The younger generation was interested in the fact how cadets can influence this situation now and increase the level of public respect for the police, make cooperation with them more fruitful, and make life safer.

During this lively and lengthy discussion with the Assistant Rector and the Dean of the faculty, the participant of combat activities, the colonel of police Kostiantyn Harbuziuk, the questions about the norms and rules of behavior, professional ethics of future members of pre-trial investigation bodies and criminal police in their duties and everyday life were asked.
