Ihor Pichkur, a cadet of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, became a scholarship holder of the Kremenchuk City Council. The certificate for the personal scholarship for active participation in the public life of the college and the city was handed over by Ruslan Protsenko, the vice-mayor of Kremenchuk.

According to the decision of the Executive Committee of the Kremenchuk City Council, 34 scholarship holders from among the gifted pupils and students of educational institutions of Kremenchuk will receive scholarships in various nominations for six months.

The personnel of the college congratulates the cadet, wishes him not to stop on the achieved goals, and constantly move forward.
