A scientific meeting of the Department of Legal Support of Economic Activity, Faculty № 6, took place. 1st-year master's students and teachers of the department - Yuliia Kyrychenko and Valentyna Zhornokui - attended it.

Eduard Muzychuk, a master's student, made a scientific report. The topic of the report "Peculiarities of reorganization in a joint-stock company" aroused the keen interest of the meeting participants; it became an evidence of the relevance of scientific research on reorganization of joint-stock companies and identify specific problems those companies may face during reorganization.

Based on the results of the scientific meeting, it was decided to recognize the submitted materials as a scientific report, take into account comments and prepare abstracts for participation in the scientific-practical conference of students, graduate students and young scientists.
