Yuliia Kosheva, the lecturer and Oksana Trisko, a specialist in the Psychological Support Division of the Personnel Department of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, conducted a binary lesson on the topic “Formation of personal interaction as a component of professional activity of future pilots” in the discipline “Psychology”.

The lesson was conducted with elements of training with exercises for the development of contact and effective interaction in the group: “Molecules”, “Island-1”, “Blind Sculptor”, “Theater: a play that will satisfy everyone”.

Applicants for higher education learned to build trust during interaction and trained to respond adequately to conflict situations.
