The library of the university received a book gift from Anatolii Komziuk, the Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Process of Faculty № 1. The gift is the monograph “Administrative and Tort Law of Ukraine; theoretical issues of development and reforming" published by Oksana Panasiuk. Oksana Panasiuk is the head of the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA.

The monograph is devoted to defining the essence of administrative and tort law of Ukraine, its subject, system and sources, theoretical issues of development and reforming and the development on this basis of the relevant scientific concept.

The publication is intended for research and teaching staff, doctorates, graduate students, students of higher education, legal practitioners, and anyone interested in the problems of administrative and tort law.

The library invites the university community to read the book.
