Tamara Yatsenko, Candidate of Law, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Labor and Economic Law, Faculty №2 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, conducted a binary lesson for third-year cadets of Faculty №2 on “Legal responsibility for environmental offenses and the role of police in preventing, detecting and terminating land violations legislation" in the discipline "Environmental Law".

The binary lesson was attended by a police officer from the unit of Zaporizhzhia Region Security Police, senior police sergeant Denis Buznik. The lesson took the form of a lively and constructive discussion. The policeman shared with the cadets the experience of practical work and features of working with documents, drew attention to the organization of official activities of security police during the organization and implementation of measures for physical protection of objects and property of all forms of ownership taken under protection on a contractual basis. during the performance of functional duties and the application of a set of organizational, practical, and other security measures by police protection teams in order to prevent, detect and stop illegal encroachments on security facilities, criminal and administrative offenses, violations of public safety, and order. Denis Buznyk stressed that having the appropriate level of knowledge plays a significant role in official activities.
