Inna Deriabina, a lecturer of the subdivision for aircraft maintenance, a specialist of the highest category with the participation of Oleh Maliar, an engineer of the meteorological department of the training aviation center for training aviation personnel of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, a binary lesson on the subject "Meteorology" was held for second-year cadets of the "Aeronavigation" educational program.
The cadets got acquainted with such physical quantities as temperature and atmospheric pressure, quantities that characterize the change of atmospheric pressure in space and time, pressure systems. Oleh Maliar stressed the need for solid knowledge in the field of aviation meteorology for the effectiveness of their use, the ability to make informed decisions, taking into account various meteorological phenomena and weather conditions.
At the end of the lesson, Oleh Maliar answered numerous cadets' questions about meteorological conditions that may affect the performance of flights.
