Applicants for higher education, scientific and pedagogical staff of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, in particular, representatives of structural divisions of the University - Sumy Branch and Kremenchuk Flight College, received certificates from the European Union Advisory Mission to Ukraine for participating in the webinar on the topic «De-escalation Techniques for Police».

Adviser on Rule of Law of EUAM Field Office Kharkiv Saer Ammar was the main speaker of the event and covered many issues related to resolving conflicts between the police and citizens, offered participants many cases and tips for effective communication, and also shared his own experience on this topic.

The participants received theoretical knowledge and skills that will be used in further professional activity.
