Reports ”, which are organized with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
The purpose of this event is to present the achievements of Ukrainian scientists to the world scientific community better. During the webinars Iryna Kazanchuk got acquainted with the information related to the basics of scientometrics, difficulties and overcoming the problems of finding and analyzing the institution's publications, identifying leaders and development strategies, criteria for effective cooperation, creating and maintaining an up-to-date profile of the institution. Particular attention was paid to grant support in the Web of Science Core Collection, finding partners to carry out the literature analysis project, the effectiveness of cooperation through the analytical system In Cites, procedures and features of evaluation of grant applications and what to look for while writing a project. The types of predatory publications that should be considered when selecting a publication are also discussed, how to check the indexing of a publication in, for example, Web of Science Core Collection, importing Web of Science publications, manuscripts and articles in journal format, exporting data from End Note , an open access publication and where you can publish for free what a quartile is and what it is used for, how to check the impact factor and indexing of the journal in the Web of Science Core Collection.
