Yurii Stushchanskyi, a lecturer of Avionics Subdivision of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, together with Serhii Vermenych, an engineer of maintenance, repair, and diagnostics of aviation equipment of the aviation and technical base of the college, conducted a binary lesson on the subject “Avionics” for applicants for higher education who study at “Aeronavigation”.

During the lesson on the topic “Autonomous radio navigation aids,” applicants got acquainted with the purpose and principle of operation of the Doppler speed and wear meter DISS-15M. Considered the procedure for checking the serviceability and pre-flight preparation of equipment received answers to questions about the peculiarities of the Doppler meter.
