A binary lesson for 2nd-year students of the Faculty No. 6 of KhNUIA on the discipline "The preparation of procedural documents on civil cases” was devoted to the topic "Procurable acts of documents in the stages of verification of legality and validity of court decisions." Olha Moroz, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Proceedings, and Oleksii Zhyrnyi, a lawyer, took part in the lesson.

The requirements for the content of procedural documents were considered in the stages of appellate and cassation proceedings. Students were informed about the peculiarities of acquisition of law on attorney activities.
