Iryna Nosach, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Lecturer of the Subdivision of Economics and Management of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took part in the course (training) of personal growth for educators "Educational tools of critical thinking", which took place on the platform of mass open online courses Prometheus.

The speaker and trainer of the course was Serhii Terno, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of the Department of History of Ukraine, Head of the Laboratory of Modern History of Ukraine, and Innovative Educational Technologies of Zaporizhzhia National University.

From the lectures within the course “Educational tools of critical thinking” training participants learn how to: motivate students to learn and meet their educational needs in the best way; use the existential analysis of the Austrian psychotherapist Viktor Frankl to harmonize the educational environment and ensure own emotional well-being; to organize the activity according to the importance of affairs; use stress for their own personal and professional growth; create appropriate educational conditions for the education of successful and happy people; select expediently tools for diagnosing students' competencies.

After completing the course, Iryna Nosach received a certificate and new knowledge that will be used in the educational process.
