Svitlana Cherednyk, the lecturer of the department of philological disciplines of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, took part in the webinar "Model 4-C in education: from theory to practice".
The speaker of the webinar was Viktoriia Kharytonova, the developer of the Successful Inventors’ Workshop methodology, the founder of the "Game Workshop" project, the author of online intensive courses, and collections of papers on the applicants' skills and abilities development.
The speaker informed about the practical 4-C model (Creativity, Critical Thinking, Collaboration, and Communication) implementation in education, the ways to create space for the applicants' skills and abilities development, and to select tools for their creative abilities formation.
The topic of the webinar is relevant - in order to be prepared for the future challenges of society, today's applicants have to develop «flexible» skills that are inaccessible to machines. These include the following: teamwork skills, leadership, critical thinking, creativity, and the most important ones among them are empathy and communication skills.
The acquired knowledge will be used by the lecturer during the educational process.
