Criminal and law, and criminological measures to counter domestic violence against children were considered at the scientific circle meeting

A regular meeting of the scientific circle of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty No. 1 on the topic "Criminal and law, and criminological measures to counter domestic violence against children" took place in the remote mode.

During the meeting, the organizational and legal frameworks of prevention and counteraction to domestic violence were considered, the main directions of the state policy implementation in this area, aimed at protecting the victims’ rights and interests were identified.

The scientific discussion was interesting, friendly, and constructive.

At the end of the meeting, the abstracts of cadets' reports for participation in the Scientific and Practical Conferences "Crime and Counteraction to It in the Conditions of Singularity: Tendencies and Innovations" and "Issues of Modern Science and Law", XII All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference for applicants for higher education, were discussed.
