The final scientific-practical conference within the framework of the II round of the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works in the specialty "Intellectual Property" took place on the basis of the Chernihiv National University of Technology in the format of online video communication.

Marharyta Pokutnia and Valeriia Budiak, applicants for the higher education of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs with the work "Mechanism of counteracting the problem of "evergreen" patents in the pharmaceutical industry" (a scientific advisor – Yana Sadykova, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor) took the second place in the conference according to the results of the conference.
