At a meeting of the Board of Rectors of Higher Educational Institutions of Sumy Region, the Director of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, Doctor of Law, Professor Serhii Lukash was elected as a Deputy Chairman of the Board.
